Haifa Falafel is a Middle Eastern / Mediterranean restaurant owned and operated by Ali Usman. Starting the business at the young age of 22, Ali had the hunger to create a restaurant that served accurate flavor profiles of what he was used to when growing up in Haifa.
With a passion for his heritage and sharing its wonderful flavors with the community Ali expressed "I want to be able to produce high quality food for inexpensive prices or as inexpensive as possible and to be able to serve it as fresh and as fast as possible".
Being a local business Haifa Falafel sources its meats and pastries from several local suppliers. The Middle Eastern restaurant also actively sponsors community programs and has made donations to the breast conservation society and sponsored local soccer tournaments.

I ordered catering from Haifa Falafel on behalf of a university program and am happy to say it was a big hit! Multiple students went out of their way to tell us how much they enjoyed it. Not only was the food delicious and the prices reasonable, but everything was visually beautiful, as well. The staff at Haifa were very courteous and helpful and the catering ordering process was straightforward. We order catering from a multitude of restaurants around Ann Arbor, but this was our first time ordering from Haifa Falafel - and it certainly won't be the last.
Ali and his chefs are phenomenal. This place is always busy. Of course, the food is outstanding.
Went in with family on a trip to VA, we had the falafel & chicken Shawarma sandwiches, they were huge! Extremely delicious!! Order the falafel the original way, with cucumber, tomato, hummus, tahini, and pickles! You’ll never eat them any other way!
